IamFeeling allows you to keep track of how you are feeling at any time using your own words. You can track your feelings and add additional information that you feel will be helpful to track your emotions.

Do you feel awesome because you worked out this morning? Add a picture of your spinning shoes with the “camera” icon…or write a little blurb with the “text” icon or, better yet, take a video of yourself with the “video” icon explaining how you feel and why! Do you feel sad but you don’t know why? Is it raining outside and you think that the weather might have something to do with your feelings? Snap a picture of the rain with the “photo” icon and it will be charted.

The IamFeeling APP will track all of your feelings and chart the days and times of the week for you. Over days, weeks, months and eventually years, YOU will be able to see how you have been feeling over time and be able to keep track of triggers that might make you feel good, bad, sad, happy or anxious.

The APP will also create a calendar in Apple’s calendar app with the words you input. You can choose to keep them private, or share with someone else and let them follow how you are feeling. It’s all up to YOU and how YOU feel! The APP uses location services that will keep track of where you are when you input your feelings and place them on a map.

You can also use SIRI to setup reminders to enter your feelings on a regular basis. Best of all, you can use your own words to describe how you are feeling – this is your APP. It is like your personal journal log of your feelings!
